Frequently asked questions
Is GST included in the price?
No. Prices are in INR and shown per month. GST is added on top.
What counts as an included message?
The allowance covers utility and authentication messages, which are appointment reminders and confirmations. Marketing messages are always billed per message, and so is anything beyond the allowance.
What happens if I send more than my allowance?
Nothing stops. Extra messages are billed per message at your plan's rate, and you can follow the total on your billing page.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time; the change applies from the next billing period.
Is there an annual plan?
We bill monthly today. Annual billing and volume pricing are available on request for larger groups.
Do you offer Enterprise terms?
Yes. Multi-location groups, custom volumes, onboarding and a dedicated contact. Talk to sales.
